Bespoke Community Incubators
Deepen connection and community cohesion, while learning, growing & playing together.
Typically these incubators are a week long, and tailored to your groups needs and stage of your journey.
Emergence
Inspired by the seasons and cycles of life, an emergent, spiral design provides the structure and focus needed to create community - yet the fluidity needed to adapt to an ever changing world.
While initially clear structures will be needed to transition from ‘me to we’, as the group evolves and coherence stabilizes, the group learns to listen together for deeper calls of guidance, and no longer relies on “decision-making strategies” but rather partners with Creation to unfold a space of communal revelation - which becomes the guiding core of a community in service to life.
